These labels are white 100% cotton, smooth, tight weave, colorfast, washable and dry-cleanable.

*The labels 100% woven cotton and are considered fray-resistant but not fray-proof, we recommend sewing the label around all edges, or using a product like "Fray Check" or "Fray Block" to seal the edges when you sew them into your garment. Soaking labels in harsh cleaning chemicals may affect the pigments.

The labels are 100% woven cotton and we consider them to be fray resistant but not fray proof. Even some "fray proof" labels can fray. You can make them fray proof with a product like "Fray Check" or "Fray Block" to seal the edges. We highly recommend it, even for baby items. It works great! If you're sewing around all of the edges, you don't need to add anything. Tip: Use decorative stitches around the edge of the labels or cut them with pinking shears for a special "look."

Soaking labels in harsh cleaning chemicals may affect the inks.
